Booking Information (the small print)
Room rates do not include the Municipality of Anchorage 12% Bed Tax.
A deposit of 50% of the total room price is payable upon reservation, with the balance payable at time of check in.
Check in time is 3pm - Check out time is 10am.
Cancellations with more than 10 days notice prior to arrival date will receive 100% refund.
Cancellations within 10 days of arrival date will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged 100%.
We accept children of all ages in certain rooms and circumstances. Please let us know at time of booking.
Discounts available for extended stays.
